How to use HS Protect

Make sure that the surface is clean of debris and excessive dirt before applying HS Protect. Dust or small layers of dirt are not a problem as all underlying dirt will be removed together with the HS Protect film.

Apply HS Protect either by airless sprayer, brush, roller or by dipping. If airless is used, we recommend Graco ST MAX II 495 @ 130 BAR pressure and a 515 tip.

Allow 24 hours to completely dry and cure. HS Protect dries in about 2 hours, depending on thickness and air circulation, but needs up to 24 hours to fully cure.

Dry

Allow the product 24 hours to fully dry and cure or force dry

Remove HS Protect

Remove manually by starting in one corner

Dispose or recycle

Dispose of the peeled HS Protect film with the regular waste
