COMPANY BACKGROUND

We are a Belgium based company mainly focused on surface protection and environmentally friendly green products. We provide products and solutions to the oil and gas, offshore, ship repair, automotive, aerospace, construction and many other industries. Furthermore, we work with an international customer base around the world including Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America and South Africa.

We have represented Belgium alongside HRH Princess Astrid, sister of HM the King of the Belgians in Belgian Economic Missions to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Qatar and the UAE.

The company is owned by Mr. Herman Bertier, who currently serves as General Manager.

All our products are water based, and we only manufacture them from natural or recycled raw materials. The recycled materials would otherwise end up in landfill. Their use can drastically reduce the carbon footprint of any business when used as a replacement for the traditional plastic protection systems.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We have developed a unique range of quick drying, easy to apply protective films that protect surfaces from damage. Our coatings are used as temporary protection on surfaces, replacing packaging and protective covers and are available in coloured or transparent versions.

HS Protect is a water-based, single component, low sag, peelable coating designed to protect surfaces from damage without attacking the underlying surface.

The liquid coating is easily applied manually by spray, brush or roller, or it can be applied by automated industrial spray robots.

When dry, HS Protect forms a tough, flexible and durable film that provides excellent resistance and strength without blocking problems.

HS Protect can be easily peeled off by hand if required, leaving a residue and dirt free surface.

HS Protect is designed to protect all non-porous surfaces from scratches, abrasion, debris, dirt, dust, oil, grease, flash rust, corrosion, paint overspray, natural sandblasting, etc. There are also some porous surfaces that can be protected with HS Protect, such as concrete, natural stone, wood, etc.

APPLICATIONS

HS Protect provides excellent protection for a wide range of materials: plastic, glass, rubber, metals, ceramics, acrylic, concrete, wood, etc.

Examples of use: Windows and doors, plumbing fixtures, polished concrete (stairs, columns, statues, floors, etc.), new vehicles being transported to dealerships or while operating in abrasive environments (during sand storms, in mines, or on a construction site), protection of automotive and aerospace parts during storage or transportation, cranes, protection of coated metals during fabrication or maintenance of large vessels (pipes, hulls, floors, etc.), painted ship hulls (protection from damage by welding sparks), gas and oil pipelines during transport or storage, coating of spray booths, etc.
