HS PROTECT is a water based, water and salt resistant, temporary protective film designed to protect metal parts such as ship hulls, pipes, decks, or any other exposed surfaces from corrosion or damage during handling, shipping, and storage.

HS Protect is a metal protecting peelable coating to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including combinations of metals for short-term and long-term protection. Protects sensitive surfaces against staining and abrasion during construction, storage and transport. Simply spray on and peel off on completion. The tough film is weather-resistant, UV and solvent resistant.

HS PROTECT coated components, parts, and finished assemblies are always ready for immediate use after removing the dried film. No degreasing, scraping, cleaning, or further preparation is necessary before processing, installation, or use.
Apply to any components that may be exposed to the elements for long periods of time that would be affected by U.V. degradation, damage caused by welding sparks, acid rain or corrosion.

Additionally, our protective film can be used to mask port-hole windows or any other surfaces when the painting is in progress.

HS PROTECT is a unique liquid coating which forms a temporary peelable protective film after drying. It protects equipment to be stored outside for many months if exposed to dirt, debris, rain, sun and snow.
